Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Florida is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/home health coverage in Flagler County. You will deliver personalized OT care, work with the clinical team, and help patients regain mobility and independence after illness or surgery.

Requirements include an accredited OT program graduate, active Florida OT license, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Prior home health experience is preferred and adaptability is valued.

What You Bring:
