Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency in Atlanta is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide age-appropriate rehabilitative care in patients' homes. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver therapeutic exercises to promote recovery and independence.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure documentation complies with regulatory guidelines. A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with active licensure.
• Minimum of one year of full-time occupational therapy experience; home health experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems, home health software, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
