Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program; Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist with BLS certification and BLS Instructor or Provisional status.
• Strong communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to develop and evaluate treatment plans, goals, and discharge strategies tailored to patient needs.
• Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities, adjust goals with patient/family input, and provide education, discharge instructions, and community resource referrals.
• Record evaluations, treatment sessions, family education, and discharge details following departmental protocols.
• Uphold high ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, dress code, and effective communication.
