Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with an active OT license.
• At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare.
• CPR certification.

Role Overview:
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT), you will provide personalized therapy to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and perform daily activities. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll assess patient needs, set therapy goals, and document progress. Your duties include guiding exercises to improve fine motor skills, recommending adaptive equipment, assessing fall risks, and promoting home safety. You will also educate patients and families on care plans and self-care strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
