MainStreet Family Care in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Occup Med Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the occupational medicine sector. You will engage employers in rural communities, build relationships, and promote our healthcare services from lead to conversion.

The role requires proactive sales, excellent communication, CRM usage, and a passion for delivering patient- and employer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience in inside sales, preferably within healthcare or occupational medicine.
• Strong sales techniques and ability to meet targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and generate leads within rural communities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Contact potential clients to introduce MainStreet Family Care's occupational medicine services and arrange meetings or presentations.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and quotes that align with client needs and budget considerations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
• Follow up promptly on leads and inquiries to ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline.
• Participate in local community events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities to promote MainStreet Family Care services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
