Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (Per Diem) in Renton, WA. You will support clinicians, coordinate patient care, and deliver excellent service in a collaborative clinic setting.

Requirements include WA MA-C certification (or interim MA-C) with BLS, and experience in a physician's office; flexible per diem schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification required or interim MA-C acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued.
• WA MA-C license within 45 days of hire; WA MA-R license with endorsement within 30 days of employment (Idaho requirements referenced).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic tasks requiring knowledge and integration of standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
