Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse, Occupational Health to care for client employees at our Health Center in Cleveland, NC. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, injury management, and return-to-work coordination.

Requires an active RN license and 3+ years in occupational health or related settings; BSN preferred and COHN/COHN-S or emergency nursing certifications are a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• A nursing degree or ASN/AA is required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice required.
• COHN/COHN-S, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management certification preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope.
• Minimum 3 years' RN experience in occupational health, ER, or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage required physical evaluations (OSHA, DOT, CDC, etc.).
• Evaluate, treat, and prioritize patient care within scope of practice.
• Deliver care to injured workers, coordinate return-to-work with TPA and client.
• Implement and monitor transitional duty programs for injured workers.
• Perform and document medical tests and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and emergency care within legal scope; maintain equipment and infection control.
