Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse, Occupational Health to care for client employees at our Liberty, NC Health Center. The ideal RN is dependable, adaptable, and ready to jump in to support the team across day and night shifts.

You will perform regulatory-compliant evaluations, provide evidence-based care, coordinate case management, and promote workplace health. This role requires an active RN license and occupational health certification preferences, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• COHN/COHN-S or similar occupational health certification preferred.
• At least three years' RN experience in occupational health or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for clinical operations.
• Evaluate, treat, and prioritize patient care within scope.
• Deliver care to injured workers and coordinate return-to-work.
• Manage physical evaluations (OSHA, DOT, CDC) as required.
• Perform medical tests (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and emergency care.
• Maintain equipment and infection control practices.
• Educate patients on health promotion and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and client departments on health programs.
• Assist with accident investigations and workplace safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
