Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to support our Health Center in Clayton, NC. The NP will provide occupational health care including pre-placement physicals, flu clinics, injections, and care for work-related injuries.

The role features a rotating 24-hour work week with a late shift and a schedule spanning 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with additional responsibilities to ensure regulatory compliance, patient care plans, and collaboration with clients and medical directors.

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN and NP with state authority to practice.
• Master’s degree in nursing; national certification in advanced practice.
• Active prescriptive authority and DEA registration if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health care including physicals, flu clinics, injections, and injury care.
• Perform fitness for duty and return-to-work exams.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate care with physicians and teams.
• Develop care plans and educate patients on treatments and health maintenance.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records and support safety program initiatives.
