Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse in High Point, NC for our occupational health onsite clinic. You will provide hands-on care for employees, manage injuries, and coordinate return-to-work programs while maintaining accurate health records.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as an RN in occupational health, ER, or ambulatory care, hold an active RN license, and may have COHN/COHN-S, or ACLS/BLS certifications. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in occupational health, ER, or ambulatory care.
• RN license active in state of practice.
• Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care in an onsite clinic.
• Treat work-related injuries and manage workers’ compensation cases.
• Coordinate return-to-work and case management with TPA and client.
• Administer medications and emergency care within scope.
• Maintain patient records and ensure infection control.
