Job summary

You will guide strategy, oversee the nursing team, and partner with Safety, HR, and Operations to promote high-quality care and alignment with safety priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare, clinical operations, safety, or related leadership.
• 2+ years leading occupational health or injury prevention programs.
• Experience guiding complex programs and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience developing policies, workflows, and performance measures.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical and operational leaders.
• Experience using data to drive outcomes and improvement.
• Proficient with computers, email, Word, Excel, and health data systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the enterprise occupational health and injury prevention program.
• Recruit and develop occupational health team members.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and HR-related personnel matters.
• Define roles, workflows, and performance expectations.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure COHN competencies and scope-of-practice adherence.
• Liaise with Safety, HR, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders.
• Drive program development and alignment with safety priorities.
• Develop program strategy with organizational leaders.
• Ensure nursing competency and protocol compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and privacy protections.
• Track KPIs for utilization, outcomes, and performance.
