• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field with healthcare leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in policy/workflow development and performance measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for enterprise occupational health and injury prevention program.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate occupational health team members.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and personnel matters with HR.
• Establish workflows, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
• Partner with stakeholders to align health initiatives with safety and business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, scope-of-practice, and standards.
