NiSource Corporate Services Co. seeks an experienced Occupational Health Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for the enterprise occupational health and injury prevention programs across NiSource operating companies.

You will collaborate with Safety, Operations, HR, and Legal to set strategic direction and align health initiatives with broader safety and business priorities. The role includes leading the occupational health nursing team, governing clinical standards, and ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, clinical operations, safety, occupational health, or related leadership.
Minimum of 2 years of occupational health, employee health, workplace safety, or injury prevention program leadership experience.
Experience leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience developing and implementing programs, policies, procedures, workflows, and performance measures.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clinical professionals, operational leaders, and cross-functional partners.
Experience using data and performance measures to evaluate outcomes and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of enterprise occupational health and injury prevention program.
Recruit, hire, supervise, develop, and evaluate occupational health team members.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, coverage, employee relations, performance expectations, and professional development.
Establish roles, workflows, and performance expectations to support consistent program delivery.
Foster a collaborative team culture focused on safety, service, confidentiality, quality, and improvement.
Oversee clinical competence and scope of practice ensuring delivery of high-quality care.
Serve as primary liaison with operations, safety, safety teams, workers' compensation, and HR.
