Job summary

You will collaborate with Safety, Operations, HR, Workers' Comp, Claims and governance to set strategic direction and ensure program alignment with safety priorities. You will recruit and develop the occupational health team, oversee nursing practice, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
• 7+ years healthcare/occupational health leadership experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programs.
• Experience developing programs, policies, workflows, and performance measures.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical professionals, operational leaders, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise occupational health and injury prevention program.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and develop team members; oversee staffing and performance.
• Coordinate with HR, Safety, Operations, Workers' Comp, and Claims to align program goals.
• Ensure clinical governance, competency, and adherence to protocols.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate utilization, outcomes, and program performance.
