Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client development within professional services or a closely related industry.
• An established Orange County network of business owners, C-suite executives, and senior decision-makers.
• Proven experience personally originating new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
• Experience selling sophisticated B2B services or professional expertise.
• Strong executive communication, prospecting, networking, and relationship‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing Orange County relationships to identify new business opportunities for the firm.
• Develop and advance opportunities, coordinating next steps and stakeholder involvement.
• Connect decision‑makers with the firm's attorneys to drive engagements and close outcomes.
• Stay engaged beyond introductions, coordinating follow‑ups and moving opportunities forward.
• Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to expand client relationships and opportunities.
