Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client development within professional services or a closely related industry.
• An established Orange County network of business owners, C-suite executives, and senior decision-makers.
• Proven experience personally originating new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
• Experience selling sophisticated B2B services or professional expertise.
• Strong executive communication, prospecting, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work hybrid in Irvine and actively participate in the Orange County business community.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and develop new opportunities leveraging existing Orange County relationships.
• Connect decision-makers with the firm's attorneys.
• Maintain relationships, coordinate next steps, and move opportunities forward.
• Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to develop new client relationships and expand opportunities.
• Participate in local networking, professional organizations, and business development activities.
• Proactively develop relationships with executives, business owners, and prospective clients.
• Stay engaged beyond initial introductions, coordinating follow-ups.
