The Client Development Manager role is based in Irvine, CA, operating on a hybrid schedule four days per week in office.

You will identify client prospects, build relationships with hiring managers, and drive new business development through various channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of proven sales experience (B2B sales a strong asset)
• Bilingual Spanish is a strong asset
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsabilités

• Identify client prospects for Randstad’s Manufacturing & Logistics staffing services
• Main point of contact; build relationships with hiring managers
• Create partnerships through New Business Development efforts
• Execute activities with calls and client meetings
• Listen to diagnose workforce gaps and negotiate pricing
• Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
• Offer innovative employment solutions
