Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management or business development.
• Familiarity with the legal sector, corporate structures, and legal/financial terminology.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: Find, screen, and place qualified candidates.
• Strategic account management for firm accounts and key clients.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to align resources with client needs.
• Proactive engagement by sharing industry insights and coordinating value-add initiatives.
• Support partners with pitches, proposals and cross-selling of practice areas.
• Maintain client interaction records and engagement metrics using CLIO.
• Report on account revenue and provide strategic insights to leadership.
• Plan client events to strengthen relationships.
• Project the firm’s image through client, staff, vendor, and media relations.
• Manage firm communications and distribute newsletters and surveys.
• Survey clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Track referrals and nurture sources for new business.
• Maintain firm branding across materials and online directories.
• Organize speaking engagements and seminars to market services.
