Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to organize and manage institutional educational activities, ensure ongoing accreditation compliance, and support program leadership.

You will maintain schedules, coordinate learner activities, recruit instructors, and prepare communications and materials to support a high-quality education program across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating educational programs and compliance activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor accreditation-related requirements from agencies, boards, and affiliates.
• Serve as liaison with faculty, administration, and other departments to support program needs.
• Develop and maintain databases to track activities for the institution, programs, and learners.
• Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
• Organize VSLO and SLOE processes; support letter writers and rotations.
• Oversee OBGYN elective courses and related educational materials.
