Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a Program Coordinator to manage the Ambulatory Integrated Block for the Doctorate Program. You will collaborate with Clerkship Coordinators and MCWfusion Phase 2 faculty to advance curriculum goals and ensure timely delivery of sessions and assessments.

Responsibilities include developing educational materials, maintaining course timelines, coordinating scheduling for 75 students, and liaising with community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; education field aligned with program coordination.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in program coordination or management.
• Preferred Master’s in Education, Business/Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ambulatory Integrated Block educational materials, schedules, forms and reports.
• Develop a scheduling template to place students with faculty preceptors for block requirements.
• Maintain course timelines, deadlines, materials and grading processes.
• Populate schedules for 75 students across three annual blocks with clerks and coordinators.
• Organize virtual and in-person sessions, assessments and block events.
• Coordinate outreach with community organizations and affiliate partners.
• Support OSCE events with STAR center and SP sessions.
• Respond to student absence requests and participate in relevant committees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
