Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a coordinator to oversee department educational programs, scheduling events, and assembling enrollment materials. You will ensure compliance with accreditation, board, and institutional requirements, and support leaders on related issues.

You will serve as a primary liaison with faculty, administration, and affiliated institutions, while developing databases to track activities and coordinating recruitment of instructors and speakers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience coordinating education programs and events is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department educational programs by scheduling events and assembling enrollment information
• Maintain accreditation, board, and institutional requirements and ensure compliance
• Support leaders on issues related to accreditation and boards
• Serve as liaison with faculty, administration, and affiliated organizations
• Develop and maintain databases to track activities
• Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers
• Create educational materials and coordinate assessments and evaluations
• Oversee clerkship rotations and VSLO/SLOE processes
• Oversee OBGYN elective courses
