Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a coordinator to manage department educational programs in Wisconsin.

You will schedule events, assemble enrollment and education data, and ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional guidelines. You will collaborate with the Program Director, Department Chair, and other leaders, maintaining databases and providing information and problem-solving support for faculty, staff, and learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ related experience.
• Knowledge of accreditation, board and institutional requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department educational programs by scheduling events and maintaining enrollment information.
• Maintain proficiency in accreditation and institutional requirements and ensure compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
• Develop and maintain databases to track, schedule, and record educational activities.
• Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
• Create brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational materials.
• Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
• May monitor program budgets and supervise support staff.
