Responsibilities

• Execute institutional or program activities (educational events, training, orientation, schedules, sims).
• Maintain accreditation and institutional requirements; coordinate and monitor activities to ensure full compliance.
• Support leaders on issues related to accreditation agencies, boards, and affiliates.
• Serve as liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
• Develop and maintain databases to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s) and learners.
• Provide information, support, and problem solving for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners.
• Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
• Create brochures, flyers, communications, handbooks, and other educational materials.
• Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
• May monitor program budgets and oversee the work of support staff.
• Manage third-year medical student clerkship rotations within three blocks throughout academic year – schedules, mentor pairing, communications.
• Organizes, coordinates, and maintains completion of VSLO. Supports residency program director in completion of their VSLO requirements.
• Organizes, coordinates, and maintains completion of SLOE. Supports letter writers in completion of SLOE their requirements.
• Oversee OBGYN elective courses.
