Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking an RN for a Night PRN position in our obstetric department. This 16-bed unit with an accompanying OB Emergency Department offers a 13-week assignment with the possibility to extend.

The role includes 3 shifts per week and a $75 flat rate with no benefits. Essential duties include collaborating with health professionals, assessing data, planning care strategies, delegating tasks safely, and delivering nursing care across all ages from infant to geriatric.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN required; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other health professionals, assess data, set goals and care plans.
• Delegate tasks safely and provide nursing care.
• Lead and direct care with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Care for patients from infant to geriatric.
