Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking an experienced RN for the 7p-7a night shift in our 16-bed medical-surgical unit. The role focuses on assessment, diagnosis, and coordinated care to restore and maintain patients’ health in a supportive environment.

Candidates must have ADN or Diploma with BSN preferred, and hold a current Oklahoma RN license. BLS/ACLS are required during orientation; RN Residency Program available for new grads. Regular full-time position with strong advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High-energy RN with excellent communication skills.
• Diploma/ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS training or retraining required during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient health care needs across age groups.
• Develop nursing diagnoses and outcomes in collaboration with patients and families.
• Coordinate and implement care using evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and discharge planning as needed.
• Uphold professional practice standards.
