Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, nursing diagnoses, care coordination, and discharge planning. Eligible candidates hold a nursing diploma/ADN with BSN/MSN preferred and Oklahoma RN licensure, plus BLS; NRP within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN required; BSN or MSN preferred.
• Oklahoma RN license active and BLS certification required.
• NRP required within 6 months of hire.
• New grads enter Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and reassessment of patients across age groups.
• Nursing diagnoses and outcome planning with patients and families.
• Coordinate and provide nursing care guided by evidence-based practice.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and discharge needs.
• Maintain professional practice standards.
