• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical Receptionist/PSR experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate waiting area.
• Register new and existing patients and activate patient files.
• Explain financial requirements, collect and record copayments.
• Answer and route calls, provide voicemail when needed.
• Provide support to patients and medical staff and perform other duties.
• Screen solicitors for relevance to organizational needs.
• Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
