Job summary

Alomere Health in Alexandria, MN seeks a Manager of Obstetrics/Gynecology, nights, to lead the OB/GYN department and ensure high-quality patient care. The role partners with physicians, oversees staffing, budgets, and staff development to maintain safe, efficient operations.

The position requires RN licensure in Minnesota and obstetrics experience; a BSN or MSN is preferred. Night shift hours are 10:00pm–8:00am, Monday through Thursday, with no weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package is

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Active and current Minnesota RN license.
• Experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology with labor and delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for the OB/GYN department.
• Assist in department budget preparation and oversight.
• Coach, develop and counsel staff; ensure staff competence.
• Ensure staffing compliance within regulatory and budget constraints.
• Serve on hospital committees and mentor staff.
