Allina Health is seeking an RN for the Postpartum/Nursery unit in Saint Paul, MN. This role supports obstetric patients across antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care during 8-hour night shifts with 0.8 FTE and every other weekend.

Required is an RN with OB experience and MN/WI licensure eligibility, plus BLS; NRP is preferred. The role includes leadership duties as Charge Nurse when needed and potential preceptor responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish outcomes and plan of care.
• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide obstetrics care across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods.
• Charge Nurse responsibilities when applicable; preceptor duties when in role.
