Alomere Health in Alexandria, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Maternity department. This role is part-time with benefits and includes 8-hour and 12-hour shift options, including evenings and weekends.

The RN delivers nursing care, administers medications, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support maternal and newborn health. The position requires MN licensure, BLS, and relevant labor and maternity experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN).
• Active Minnesota RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• Stroke training courses to be completed soon or within one year of hire.
• Labor/delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per provider orders following nursing standards and regulations.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Administer medications/treatments and coordinate with the care team.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and preventative care.
• Assist with teaching staff and orient new team members.
• Maintain supplies and cross-train to support department needs.
