Job summary

Alomere Health in Minnesota seeks a Manager of Obstetrics and Gynecology to lead the OB/GYN department. The role reports to the Director of Obstetrics/Gynecology and focuses on planning, implementing, administering and evaluating patient care delivery in OB/GYN.

You will apply professional nursing theory, administrative leadership, and fiscal management to support staff development and high-quality patient care. A RN license and OB/GYN experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven excellence in leadership, management and teaching abilities.
• Knowledge of obstetrics/gynecology nursing practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for the Obstetrics and Gynecology department.

• Maintain staffing compliance within regulatory requirements and budget considerations.
