Atrium Health Lincoln is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse in the Obstetrics/Gynecology department for night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am, 24 hours per week with rotating weekends. The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN preferred, with responsibilities spanning patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the care team.

The successful candidate will participate in safety initiatives, document accurately in EHR, and may float to other units to meet patient care needs.

Qualifications

• RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Active BLS certification.
• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
