Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with proper etiquette and in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments according to guidelines, using the Patient Portal or phone.
• Update Work Log Manager and respond to EHR tasks, rescheduling as needed.
• Register new patients with required information and enrollment in the Patient Portal.
• Ensure daily patient appointment reminder calls are processed.
• Address insurance eligibility, contacting patients for updates or quotes.
• Print and mail recall plans.
• Communicate with physicians and staff about scheduling issues.
