Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Senior Business Office Patient Call Coordinator for OB/GYN to support front-office operations in a call-center environment. You will book OB/GYN appointments, confirm demographics, and ensure provider restrictions are followed while delivering superior customer service.

The role requires HIPAA awareness, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple locations and schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and PC experience.
• Healthcare setting preferred, especially OB/Gyn.
• Six months+ experience in Patient Call Coordinator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Book OB/GYN appointments using Epic EMR.
• Verify and update patient demographics and notify about balances.
• Follow scheduling protocols across locations and provider restrictions.
• Use resources to support efficient appointment scheduling.
• Meet department metrics and call standards.
• Screen and route incoming calls as needed.
• Verify MyChart appointment scheduling accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Code of Conduct policies.
• Attend required holiday shifts and maintain punctuality.
• Work a regular schedule with dependable attendance.
