Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Senior Business Office Patient Call Coordinator for OB/GYN to support front-office operations in a call-center environment. You will book OB/GYN appointments, confirm demographics, and ensure provider restrictions are followed while delivering superior customer service.
The role requires HIPAA awareness, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple locations and schedules.

PURPOSE
In a call center like environment, supports business office operations by actively listening to callers and booking appropriate OB/Gyn appointment types following provider restrictions. Serves as initial point of contact and represents organization by providing excellent customer service. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma or GED. Experience using a PC in a Windows environment.
Preferred: Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in OB/Gyn. Experience working in customer service. Six (6) months or more experience working in the Patient Call Coordinator role or similar experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Work Location: Training and orientation at our Administrative facility, and North clinic locations. Work-from-home opportunities after ~90 days. Must reside in Texas and be willing to attend on-site training and occasional in-person department meetings in Austin, TX.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
