Job summary

Southern Auto Finance Company, LLC seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to own and grow the Oakland, CA market. You will manage established dealer relationships, expand the pipeline, and drive funded volume with coaching support from a Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in indirect auto finance territory sales.
• Residence in the Oakland, CA metro area; field role.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building with F&I managers, GMs, and dealer principals.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of dealers with 8-10 in-person visits per day.
• Grow funded volume through regular dealer visits and coaching.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and sign new dealer partners.
• Coach dealer F&I teams on structuring deals and demonstrate SAFCO Assist.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce in real time with inside Account Manager.
• Track dealer trends and competitor programs to inform leadership.
