Southern Auto Finance Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for the Charlotte, NC market. You will own the territory end-to-end, grow funded volume with existing dealer partners, reactivate dormant accounts, and sign new dealers.

You’ll receive a $60,000 base salary with uncapped monthly commissions; top performers earn $150,000+ all-in. Local travel and a dedicated support team help you succeed.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in indirect auto finance territory sales.
• Residence in the Charlotte metro area; this is a field role.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with dealer financing processes and F&I coordination.

Aufgaben

• Own a defined Charlotte territory and visit 8-10 dealers daily.
• Grow funded volume through regular dealer visits and coaching.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and sign new dealer partners.
• Coach dealer F&I teams on structuring deals for fast funding.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce with inside Account Manager support.
• Monitor market trends and report insights to leadership.
