Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers and live venues. You will shape end-to-end processes from sales planning to cash application and drive value through governance, data design and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue operations; consulting exp preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-cash processes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases to improve governance and working capital.
• Design target operating models for O2C with governance and KPIs.
• Own process design deliverables including data requirements and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs and stakeholders; drive decisions.
