Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Finance Consulting with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency. Lead design and delivery of technology-enabled O2C transformations across sales planning to cash application for studios, networks, streamers, ad sales and live venues.

Responsibilities include end-to-end O2C workstreams, governance design, data requirements, KPI design, and workshops with GPOs and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue operations; consulting exp preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-cash processes and related data.
• Assess O2C processes, develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions and governance frameworks.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, data requirements, KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs, leads, SMRs and technology stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, RAID log, scope, quality and economics.
• Quantify value from pain points: revenue leakage, DSO, billing cycles.
• Coach staff; contribute to proposals, Phase 0 assessments and thought leadership.
