Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Finance Consulting to lead technology-enabled Order-to-Cash transformations for Media & Entertainment clients in the Chicago area. You will manage end-to-end O2C workstreams, design operating models, and drive value by improving cash collection, DSO, and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue operations; consulting experience preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue experience.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-cash, invoicing and cash application processes.
• Assess O2C organizations, develop transformation roadmaps and business cases for improved governance and working capital.
• Design target operating models for O2C with governance, KPI and data requirements.
• Own design deliverables: L3/L4 process flows, decisions, requirements and master data.
• Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; drive to decisions and dispositions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID, scope, deliverable quality and engagement economics.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases (revenue leakage, DSO, billing cycle time).
• Coach staff and contribute to proposals and Phase 0 assessments.
