Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager for Order to Cash Transformation & Automation in the New York area to lead complex OC modernization initiatives. You will drive day-to-day project governance, coordinate global delivery teams, and mentor consultants while aligning with executive stakeholders.

You will apply strong OC process knowledge across billing, AR, collections, and related finance operations, supporting pursuit activities and client engagements in a dynamic professional-services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IT, business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, Order to Cash, or finance transformation.
• Strong Order to Cash knowledge including billing, AR, collections, credit, cash applications, disputes, deductions, customer master data, or related finance operations.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring delivery teams, including day-to-day guidance and development support.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel expectations of 30% or greater.

Responsibilities

• Lead Order to Cash transformation and automation projects, including day-to-day project management, delivery coordination, risk management, issue resolution, executive reporting, and governance.
• Serve as the day-to-day leader of delivery teams, establishing accountability, managing priorities, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor, coach, and guide consultants in US and India through feedback and delivery guidance.
• Create a positive delivery team environment with collaboration and growth.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and recommendations.
• Guide projects through discovery, current-state, future-state, requirements, implementation, testing, change management, and value realization.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support executive communications with status updates and dashboards.
• Apply Order to Cash expertise across billing, AR, credit, collections, cash application, disputes, customer data, and reporting.
• Support sales cycles with discovery, proposals, presentations, and workshops.
• Contribute to go-to-market motions and alliance partner activities.
