Job summary

O-I is seeking an Order to Cash Manager to define and execute a global transformation roadmap for the O2C process. You will drive standardization, automation, and governance across geographies, partnering with Commercial, Finance, IT, Treasury, and Legal to improve cash flow and process maturity.

You will champion change management, develop KPIs, and mentor a global team of SMEs and external partners to deliver measurable improvements in DSO and service levels.

Qualifications

• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Treasury, and Procurement.
• Experience leading Global Order to Cash processes with internal and external teams.
• Proven ability to implement Global processes and use SAP, C4C CRM, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term O2C vision aligned with enterprise goals.
• Lead transformation through standardization, simplification and automation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure end-to-end performance.
• Own policies and controls ensuring governance and compliance.
• Promote policy adoption via governance, training, and change management.
• Collaborate with Treasury to improve cash flow and DSO.
• Lead global initiatives and partner with external Managed Services teams.
