Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Order-to-Cash Assurance to join the O2C Transformation team. You will ensure pricing, billing, collection, and recording are accurate and auditable across global operations.

You’ll design and run pricing audits, define accuracy metrics, and drive root-cause fixes in partnership with Order Management, AR, Revenue Accounting, Billing Engineering, and GTM. This role emphasizes compliance, scalability, and actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and running audit, quality, or revenue assurance programs within order-to-cash, billing operations, or quote-to-cash.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and working with internal and external auditors.
• Proficiency with contracting systems, billing platforms, or ERP systems and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience using automation or AI for monitoring, testing, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and run recurring audit programs across the O2C lifecycle, including pricing audits, contract-to-invoice accuracy, credits, refunds and concessions, and cash application.
• Define accuracy metrics with baselines and targets, such as pricing and invoice error rates, first-pass yield, rework volume, and revenue leakage.
• Trace findings to root cause and drive fixes in process, system configuration, or pricing standards.
• Move measurement from sampling to continuous, system-driven monitoring as volume grows.
• Partner with Order Management and AR operations as a quality advocate, ensuring clear guidance for GTM, Deal Desk, and Revenue teams.
• Review new processes against policy and control requirements with clear decision rights and rationale.
• Own O2C policies and segregation of duties; collaborate with Internal/External Audit, Tax, and Legal.
• Deploy AI and automation for exception detection, reconciliation, and evidence collection.
