Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Director, Order-to-Cash Assurance to ensure pricing, billing, collection, and recording accuracy across our global O2C processes. You will lead audits, define metrics, and drive root-cause fixes with cross-functional teams in Billing, AR, Revenue Accounting, and GTM.

You will design continuous monitoring, partner with internal and external auditors, and embed compliance into new products and regions, balancing risk with business velocity.

Qualifications

• Audit, quality, or revenue assurance design and delivery in O2C or billing.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and auditor collaboration.
• Experience with contracting/billing/ERP systems (Salesforce, Stripe, Workday).
• SQL or similar data-analysis tools proficiency.
• Experience using automation or AI for monitoring or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and run recurring O2C audit programs across the lifecycle.
• Define accuracy metrics with baselines and targets and report them.
• Trace findings to root cause and fix across processes and systems.
• Move from periodic sampling to continuous, system-driven monitoring.
• Partner with Order Management, AR, GTM, and Legal to ensure compliant guidance.
