The Order to Cash (O2C) Manager is accountable for end-to-end O2C processes and governance across four commercial divisions to drive reliable cash flow and financial integrity. The role partners with Commercial Leadership, Finance, Credit, Customer Service and ICT to ensure S/4HANA operates as a stable, scalable platform supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Order to Cash, Commercial Operations, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end O2C processes in a multi-division or complex environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (O2C modules preferred).
• Demonstrated success in process standardization, governance, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the complete Order to Cash lifecycle across all four divisions.
• Define, document, and maintain standardized end-to-end O2C processes, policies, and controls.
• Ensure consistent execution with governance across divisions.
• Serve as escalation point for O2C issues and performance gaps.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Credit, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align execution with strategy.
• Drive collaboration and prevent local optimization at enterprise level.
