Job summary

Gates Corporation seeks an Order To Cash (O2C) Global Process Owner to define end-to-end O2C strategy across US, Mexico and Canada. Located in Rochester Hills or Denver, the role drives policy, technology-driven process design and stakeholder alignment across manufacturing, sales, customer service and shared services.

You will lead automation, analytics and AI-based improvements to billing, collections and cash application while establishing unified metrics and governance across finance and IT

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of AR or O2C management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Relationship building, stakeholder influence and communication.
• Strategic thinking and capability to set process vision and roadmaps.
• AR/O2C process design with automation, analytics and AI/GenAI use cases.
• Strong background in ERP systems and O2C automation tools.
• Change management and rollout/incentive design for service delivery teams.
• Ability to define and govern metrics, scorecards and data stewardship.
• Proven track record with process mapping, root-cause analysis and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash application and accounts receivable teams in US, Mexico and Canada.
• Define O2C strategy, policy and the roadmap to achieve process excellence.
• Lead technology-driven process design and identify/commission automation and analytics solutions.
• Align stakeholders across finance, sales, customer service, supply-chain and IT.
• Establish shared metrics and scorecards for cash flow/DSO and related drivers.
• Oversee root-cause analysis, process modeling and prioritization of initiatives.
• Coordinate with product owners/finance managers for O2C enabling technologies.
