Job summary

Gates Corporation in Denver, CO seeks an Order To Cash Global Process Owner to define end-to-end O2C strategy, policy, and technology-driven process design across manufacturing, sales, customer service and shared services.

You will lead cash application and AR teams in the US, Mexico and Canada, steward budgets and forecasts, and drive automation, analytics and AI/GenAI initiatives to improve billing, collections and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of AR or O2C management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Relationship building, stakeholder influence and communication.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving and ability to set process vision and translate it into policy and roadmaps.
• AR/O2C process design and improvement expertise with automation, analytics and AI/GenAI use cases.
• Strong background in ERP systems and O2C automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash application and accounts receivable teams in US, Mexico and Canada.
• Manage cost center budgets and forecasting as necessary.
• Define O2C strategy, policy and the roadmap to achieve defined process excellence.
• Lead technology-driven process design and identify/commission automation, analytics, AI/GenAI and other solutions.
• Influence and align stakeholders across finance, sales, customer service, supply-chain and IT to secure funding and adoption.
• Establish metrics and scorecards (cash flow/DSO) and ensure shared ownership.
• Oversee root-cause analysis, process modeling and prioritization of initiatives.
• Coordinate with product owners/finance product managers for O2C enabling technologies.
