Job summary

Anthropic seeks an operational leader to transform its global order-to-cash function, partnering with Engineering, Finance and accounting leaders. The role shapes provisioning, billing, and revenue recognition, aligning systems and processes with scalable automation and AI tooling.

You will run a multi-year O2C roadmap, setting clear milestones across regions and business models, and ensure strong governance with SOX controls and auditable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading operational transformations in Revenue Operations or Billing Operations at high-growth SaaS/tech companies.
• Experience designing scalable quote-to-cash processes and controls, including AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global O2C transformation from order to revenue, including provisioning, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Define and execute a multi-year O2C roadmap with measurable milestones and accountable owners.
• Build operating metrics and dashboards to track cycle times, error rates, and revenue leakage.
• Collaborate across Finance, GTM, Legal, Tax, and Engineering to scale processes with compliant controls.
