Job summary

Anthropic is hiring a Director to lead the global order-to-cash transformation in a hybrid U.S. setting. You will shape the multi-year O2C roadmap, design scalable processes, and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions across billing, provisioning, and revenue recognition.

You will partner with Finance, GTM, Legal, and Engineering to drive auditable, scalable outcomes. You will also lead cross-functional teams, build operating metrics, and ensure SOX controls scale with growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading operational transformations within Revenue Operations or Finance teams at SaaS/tech companies.
• Expert understanding of process design, cross-functional project management, and scaling systems with AI.
• PMI/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead global O2C transformation strategy across order management, provisioning, billing and revenue recognition.
• Design scalable end-to-end processes and establish operating rhythms and SLAs.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled tooling to scale without headcount growth.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, GTM, Legal, Tax, and Engineering to align goals.
