Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an experienced Order to Cash, Finance Systems Lead to own the O2C technology landscape and core financial workflows. You will drive Enterprise and International expansion capabilities, delivering scalable revenue and automated processes.

You will collaborate with Internal Audit, Security, and external auditors to ensure ITGCs and controls are effective, while partnering with AI and data teams to embed AI into Finance processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with ownership of Finance tech in a tech or SaaS company.
• Experience leading O2C initiatives and ERP integrations at scale.
• Solid understanding of SOX ITGC and working with Internal Audit and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the O2C stack roadmap and translate business requirements into design.
• Own ITGCs, controls, and audit readiness for Finance systems.
• Drive AI-native transformations across Finance with cross-functional partnerships.
• Design and optimize end-to-end O2C workflows with Controllership and Tax teams.
• Act as a primary technology partner for Finance leadership and cross-functional initiatives.
